- Maya suite  On the second floor, with a beautiful view, has a king bed and a magnificent   private bathroom with a shower.  Air conditioning, ceiling fan, electric curtains, Sky satellite TV, wi-fi.   Positioned just below the terrace with a bar and jacuzzi.

- Kinn Room  Ample room on the first floor with a king bed and a single bed. Big   closet and terrace overlooking the main promenade of Playa car. Air   conditioning, ceiling fan, electric curtains, Sky satellite TV, wi-fi. It has a   large bathroom shared with the Chandra room.​

- Chandra Room  Ample room on the first floor with a king bed and a single bed. Spacious closet   and terrace overlooking the main promenade of Playa car. Air conditioning,   ceiling fan, electric curtains, Sky satellite TV, wi-fi. It has a large bathroom   shared with the Kinn room.

​- Muul Room  Comfortable ground floor with double bed. Private bathroom. Air   conditioning, ceiling fan, electric curtains, Sky satellite TV, and wi-fi.​

Living room and kitchen  It has a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, gas oven, blender  coffee maker, toaster, and all utensils.   Excellent dining room with Air conditioning, ceiling fan, electric curtains,   Sky satellite TV, wi-fi. ​

Terrace with kitchen,grill, and pool  Just in front of the living room, there is a large terrace with a grill and a pool   overlooking the garden and the large pool.   The large terrace has another kitchen with all appliances and a large gas   grill. The pool overlooks the garden and the large pool.

- Terrace with Jacuzzi  On the roof is a beautiful terrace with a bar and jacuzzi. Fantastic sunset   View of the Caribbean- Private cenote (sinkhole)   Below the house, we have just renovated a characteristic cenote with a    rest/relaxation area. To get there, go down the stairs you find coming out   of the kitchen door. The lights are automatic.

- Tennis Court

- Private pathway to the beachWalk around the tennis court, climb the three steps just in front of the same gate, follow the small path, and find yourself in front of the entrance. The two keys to open it are in the key rings. Once you open the gate, enjoy or relax at Playacar's fabulous private beach.You can also use the facilities of the nearby beach clubs owned by the hotels, but to do this, you will have to pay for the day pass, which will entitle you to use the beach club facilities and unlimited food and drink throughout the day.
